Myanmar Unicode Test Lab Report : 130907
About the report : To test and qual the current development Myanmar Unicode 5.1, UTN11-2 font and keyboard system.
This is my test report on : Myanmar3, Parabaik, PadaukOT

Summary
Thoroughout these three different vendors,

* All vendors distributed packages as open-source license.
* There is no problem on Internet Explorer 7.
* There is no problem on MS Word 2007.
* Three vendors shipped three different versions of Tavultesoft Keyman re-distributable software.
+ Parabaik - Tavultesoft Keyman 6.2.183.0
+ PadaukOT - Tavultesoft Keyman 6.2.178.0
+ Myanmar3 - Tavultesoft Keyman 6.2.176.0
* Because of Tavultesoft Keyman smart input, end-user may not require to take care of encoding and logic squencing input. End-user can type as proper syallble structure and sequence.
* All three vendors implemented opentype font and meet the requirement of latest Unicode pipeline proposal and UTN11-2 tech note. Thus, there are no differences than font face design changes as shown in above screenshots.
* All vendors' softwares can perform successfully install and uninstall process of products on Vista.
* Microsoft opentype specification still haven't annouced official Myanmar Unicode support.
* Unicode new proposals approved and awaiting ISO standard finalizing stage.
* No other opentype vendors release their products at the time of writing this article.
* The test report completed on the date of posting this topic 13-09-2007.
